Overview: To start a business, an entrepreneur needs finance. All financial institutions insist on a proper business plan. Thus, this 3-days workshop aimed at providing learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to write a business plan for a small and medium-sized venture, introducing them to the various components of a business plan and the level and extent of the information that should be included in each component. They will understand the need for market research and financial aspects when starting/growing their businesses.
