BUSINESS PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING ON CED

We had a newspaper that was taking Scottish Empire Holdings’ resources with creating an income but CED helped me to focus on revenue generating channels.

BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS SINCE ENROLLING ON CED

I started as a young entrepreneur not knowing what entrepreneurship is and I was not thinking commercially. My talent of selling resulted in me attracting a lot of clients not from which I was not generating real money. My involvement with CED resulted in me understanding the value of being commercial by amongst others understanding pricing, the management of business money and developing systems that will allow my business to be well managed and grow. My biggest lesson was to understand that business money is not my money.

POSITIVE BUSINESS OUTCOMES ATTRIBUTED TO CED PARTICIPATION

The development of business processes and systems which are all focussed on operating and managing all aspects of the business. This knowledge and ability has provided me the mental strength to be an entrepreneur and the operational strength to operate a growing business.

ASPIRATIONS FOR THE BUSINESS

My goal is to develop Scottish Empire Holdings as a client and results-focussed marketing agency that can meet local customer brand and grow into an international brand solutions provider.

NEXT LEVEL FUNDING REQUIREMENT AND WHAT IS THE ANTICIPATED GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS AT THIS NEXT LEVEL

We are planning to our own offices in July in Pretoria which will be funded by the business from its own revenue generated.
